Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Ensure that all items are:

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, email us at support@trimtones.com.. After receiving a return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form and send it to:

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or color), contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and ensure the matter is resolved promptly.
Exceptions and Conditions
To qualify for a return, please meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- No Additional Damage: Items must be free of wear and damage unless the defect was present upon delivery.
In special cases, we may replace an item without requiring the original to be returned. However, if you’re unsatisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Exchanges
If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can exchange it for a different size or style. Please follow the return process outlined above. Shipping charges for exchanges are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
